Dr. Howard T. Bellin is the founder of CosMedica and
performs all of the group's plastic surgery. He has performed
more than 11,000 operations and has been featured on many
national television programs (including 20/20, Oprah,
MTV, CNN, and many others).
He has also been written about extensively
in the national press (New York Times, Time Magazine,
Cosmopolitan, People, Vogue, and many more.). All
surgery is performed at his state-of-the-art operating facility
in a beautiful private townhouse on New York City's Upper
East Side. His staff includes highly experienced nurses, consultants
and office personnel who place patient concerns above all
else.
Dr. Bellin, in addition to his national
media recognition, is the author of the highly regarded Dr.
Bellin's Beautiful You Book which describes every
known plastic surgery operation and is found in many libraries
across America. His new book, BeautyScience,
was recently published in Britain and will be available in
the U.S. in the fall of 2002.
Dr. Bellin has extensive surgical experience,
having performed more than 4,000 rhinoplasties (nose surgeries),
2,000 breast enlargements, 1,500 liposuctions, 1,500 eyelid
rejuvenations, and similarly large numbers of other procedures.
He has developed several innovative techniques, especially
in the areas of liposuction, breast augmentation, nasal reconstruction,
and jaw enlargement.
